More people could get access to addiction recovery help with Appalachian Regional Healthcare announcing a partnership with Beacons of Hope in Hazard. ARH has presented a $5,000 donation to Beacons of Hope from their Foundation for Healthier Communities which they say will help provide residents with some essential resources.
