Beacons of Hope of Hazard says they expanded their services with new recovery housing for both men and women with a focus on helping them get into good jobs. Executive Director Greg Burke tells the Hazard Herald the housing allows BOH to offer a full range of support with counseling, peer support, vocational training and job placement assistance to help people get into a structured lifestyle and back into the workforce. Burke says they are continuing to see people who are still dealing with addiction that started or worsened during the pandemic.
