No lower bond for a Prestonsburg teen facing charges in connection with some car-to-car shootings on US 23 near Bull Creek.
Bond is set at $100,000 for 19-year-old Westin Harris who is charged with Complicity to Wanton Endangerment and Complicity to Criminal Mischief with the initial investigation indicating Harris was driving while a 17-year-old was shooting at cars.
Harris’s attorney hoped to lower his bond so he could attend vocational school but as WYMT reports the Commonwealth’s Attorney alleges there is evidence that Harris also fired shots and the judge noted this is Harris’ third arrest in the past year.
If he makes bond he will have to be on home confinement.
