Two people facing charges for a double murder in Perry County earlier this month have had a court appearance.
Treston Combs of Bulan is charged with murder and Emmaleigh Collins of Jeff with facilitation for the shooting deaths of Anthony Stidham and Braxton Marlowe.
A third man, David Sumner, remains in a hospital.
WYMT reports Collins was initially charged with complicity but it was downgraded when investigators learned Combs had allegedly threatened her.
