There are court appearances today for the three men charged in connection with the murder of Amber Spradlin.
MK McKinney faces murder and his father Dr. Michael McKinney and acquaintance Josh Mullins multiple counts of tampering with evidence.
They are each having an additional tampering charge added based on new evidence.
In addition, the judge is mulling several motions, including MK McKinney’s request to dismiss the case and his attorney’s potential citation for contempt of court for the way he wrote that motion.
Michael McKinney has submitted a requested schedule for traveling to work during his house arrest while out on bond.
The Kentucky Board ofvDentistry has suspended his license to practice but he is allowed to maintain his office.
Terms of the bond allow that, if the judge approves, and he stays on GSP monitoring.
