Pikeville Police say a deadly crash last Thursday may have been caused by someone running a red light.
One person was killed and two hurt in the crash on US 23 at Kelsey Friend Blvd.
Investigators say their preliminary investigation shows the driver of a car ran a red light and was hit by a work truck that was turning and then an SUV was coming the opposite direction.
The passenger in the car, now identified as Jessica Hopkins, was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no word on the conditions of the two people that were hurt.
