Expect long traffic delays along KY 899 near Alice Lloyd College in Knott County.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has started a drilling operation near mile point 5.15 by
the school.
Work continues today and tomorrow from 8am to 5pm with flaggers doing alternating one-lane traffic control which means you could have to wait a while.
The exception is school bus traffic will be accommodated in the morning and evenings.
