One person is hurt and another is facing charges following a car accident in downtown Hazard.
Hazard Police say after two vehicles wrecked, one of them careened into the Welcome to Hazard sign.
One driver is charged with reckless driving and one person was taken to Hazard ARH for treatment.
North Main Street had to be closed for a while.
