A Kentucky recovery center based out of Louisa is reportedly being investigated by the FBI.
On their website, the FBI’s Louisville Division says Addiction Recovery Care, known as ARC, has not been charged with any crime, but they are asking anyone who believes they were victimized, or has information relevant to the investigation, to fill out a short form.
The FBI says the investigation is in regards to healthcare fraud and they do not specify whether any particular ARC location is the subject of the investigation.
ARC has several residential and outpatient treatment facilities across the state.
An ARC spokesman tells WYMT they are fully cooperating with the investigation.
