A Hazard man is reportedly facing felony charges for not delivering things he was selling online even as he remains out of jail for doing something similar last year. The Hazard Herald reports Steven Martin is accused of accepting thousands of dollars in payment for arcade games online but not delivering them. Last spring, Martin was sentenced to five years in prison for accepting payments for his business, Air Bounce Inflatables and Arcade, but not providing the services. He was reportedly sentenced to five years in prison which was diverted so he could work to pay restitution
