Mountain Comprehensive Health Corporation’s First Annual Coal Miner’s Community Picnic is this Saturday, October 18.
It’s from 11am-2pm at James Wiley Craft Memorial Park in Whitesburg.
Hosted by the Southeastern Kentucky Black Lung Association and sponsored by MCHC Respiratory Clinics of Eastern Kentucky, they say the special event is open to all past and present coal miners and their families.
They call it a day of community, fellowship, and appreciation.
