Five people are reportedly facing charges in connection with trafficking meth in Pike County.
Pikeville Police say they served a warrant Sunday at a home on Island Creek Road.
Documents show they found meth, pot, a handgun, money and a lot of paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking.
The Appalachian News Express reports at about the same time a warrant was served at a home on Zebulon Highway where they also found meth, paraphernalia and several firearms.
There was apparently a child at the Island Creek home so those folks are also facing child endangerment charges.
