The Letcher County Central Volleyball Lady Cougars came up short in the KY 2A section 8 Tournament championship game last night losing at Floyd Central 2-0 with final scores of 11-25 and 17-25.
The 12-4 Lady Cougars will next play Monday in a district game at Knott County Central.
The Jenkins Lady Cavaliers volleyball team has advanced the final four of the 14th Region All A Tournament after winning over Jackson City 3-0 last night at home.
