Police have arrested a Floyd County man who allegedly livestreamed on Facebook while deputies were trying to catch him.
Deputies initially went to Benjamin Davis’ home over allegations that he was stealing power from his neighbor.
Davis took off as deputies approached and while driving away started broadcasting, allegedly threatening to kill someone and alluding to someone trying to kill him.
He was arrested a short time later and charged with wanton endangerment, terroristic threatening and more.
