A Floyd County grand jury has indicted a 19-year-old from Prestonsburg for a shooting
incident near Bull Creek last month where he and another teen were allegedly firing
shots at cars.
Westin Harris has been indicted on six counts of wanton endangerment and five counts of criminal mischief.
No one was hurt in the August 1 incident but several cars were hit with bullets.
Harris was being held on a $100,000 bond.
The 17-year-old is also facing charges, but his name has not been released.
