A Floyd County Schools custodian has pleaded not guilty to drug charges following his arrest last week.
As we reported last week the custodian was placed on administrative leave after some drugs were allegedly found at the school.
Mountain Top News reports on Monday Josh Johnson of Grethel pleaded not guilty to charges including drug trafficking within 1,000 feet of a school and an unlawful transaction with a minor.
He has a $50,000 cash bond and a preliminary court hearing next week.
