Four Troopers from Kentucky State Police Post 13 in Hazard have been honored at this
year’s Sworn Award Ceremony.
Trooper Cullen Pennington was named 2024 Post 13 Trooper of the Year.
Detective Scott Caudill was named the Post 13 Detective of the Year.
Trooper Darrell Hicks was awarded the Lifesaving Award Medal.
Trooper Robert Dials was named the CVE East Trooper of the Year.
