Gov. Beshear: At Least Seven Tornadoes Touched Down in Kentukcy on Tuesday

Governor Andy Beshear says as many as seven tornadoes may have touched in Kentucky on Tuesday. Beshear confirmed that one person died as the result of the storms, a man in Campbell County, but there were no other major injuries reported. WYMT reports the National Weather Service confirmed EF-1 tornadoes in several counties and they are evaluating the possibility of others including in Harlan County. Tornado-like damage was also caused by straight-line winds in some areas.
