A Hazard man has been arrested following an investigation into shots fired in a neighborhood on October 31.
Hazard Police say Jonathon Colwell is charged with wanton endangerment after they responded to calls about gunshots at Gurneys Bend.
Officers allege they found Colwell in front of his home with a fully loaded 9mm pistol and
with multiple rounds in a pocket.
They allege he admitted to firing shots toward the railroad tracks, but police say they found spent ammo along a fence near some homes.
