The Kiwanis Club of Hazard-Perry County has made a $10,000 donation to the Challenger Learning Center of Kentucky, in honor of the Center’s 25th anniversary. The Hazard Herald reports the donation will support various programs throughout the year, including an upcoming Space Shuttle project and Challenger’s 25th Anniversary Open House which will be held later this year.
