In this game, Daniel Thomas of Bell County now holds the all-time state record for most rushing yards in a single season of 3,446 YARDS. A Kentucky record that stood for 54 years and previously belonged to Frank Jones who had 3,361 yards in the 1969 season for Bath County.

The #1 team in the state Boyle County got by the #2 team in the state, Corbin 21-14
Covington Catholic blanked Johnson Central 31-0

Cooper beat Pulaski Southwestern 24-14
