An inmate housed at the Pike County Detention Center who escaped while getting
medical treatment last week has been recaptured.
Police say Andrew Price got away from medical staff at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg on June 19.
Police say then Prestonsburg 911 later got a call of a man lurking around a vehicle,
they started to catch up to him and found him near a home.
They allege Price had broken into the house and changed clothes to get out of his hospital gown.
