In softball, the Jenkins Lady Cavaliers opening game last night at home against Buckhorn was postponed so the Jenkins girls will open up the season tonight in a district doubleheader at home against Cordia. Game times are 6:00pm and 7:30pm.
The Letcher County Central Lady Cougars softball will open the season at home tomorrow on Saturday with 2 games. They will take on Johnson Central at 11am tomorrow, Saturday followed by a game against Shelby Valley tomorrow at 2:00pm.
