The Jenny Wiley Festival is underway throughout downtown Prestonsburg.
The fallfestival has events through Sunday with a carnival, vendors, and live music including
country star Aaron Tippin on Saturday night.
The parade is Saturday afternoon with this year’s Grand Marshal Freddy James.
Officials say he has worked on many projects to improve the community and is one of the founders and first directors of tourism in Prestonsburg and Floyd County.
