Otega Oweh had 24 to lead KY, Jaxon Robinson put in 18.
Amari Williams made Kentucky Basketball history becoming just the fourth Wildcat to record a triple-double with 12 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists.
Kentucy will next play South Carolina at Rupp Arena this Saturday with a 12 noon tipoff.
