An investigation is underway for a hit-and-run accident in Perry County in which a person was hit and killed by a car driven by an alleged drunk driver.
It happened Sunday afternoon on KY-15 in the Ten Mile community.
WYMT reports Hershell Mullins has been identified as the person who was killed and the driver ID’d as Timothy Noyes of Busy.
Police were able to find his car and arrested Noyes for manslaughter, suspicion of OUI, driving on a DUI suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.
