With many of us expecting deliveries for last-minute gifts, Kentucky State Police remind you there is more opportunity for package theft.
Trooper Matt Gayheart tells WYMT crooks actually just drive through neighborhoods looking for packages sitting on porches.
If you can get a security camera, do so. If not, try to coordinate your package deliveries with someone you know who can be there to receive them.
Or request your package be delivered somewhere not visible from the roadway.
