The Letcher County Central boys and girls basketball teams played a district doubleheader last night at home against Cordia.
The LCC Boys won 84-22 and the LCC Girls won 87-23.
Up next the LCC Lady Cougars will play at South Laurel Saturday on the road in the Lisa Collins Classic.
Game time for the LCC girls is JV at 11am with varsity playing at 1:00pm on Saturday.
The LCC Cougar boys will next play Friday against East Carter @ Rowan County. It’s varsity only with tipoff at 7:30pm.
The Cougar Boys will then play @ Pleasure Ridge Park Saturday with JV at 1:00pm with varsity at 2:00pm.
The Jenkins boys and girls will next play a doubleheader tonight Wednesday at JI Burton in Norton VA.
The Lady Cavaliers play at 6:00pm followed by the Cavalier boys around 7:30pm.
Don’t forget the Glory Road games are coming up this Monday December 15 as the Roy T. Reasor gym is inducted into the KY High School Hall of Fame.
Monday night Letcher County Central will wear the uniforms of the Fleming Neon Pirates and take on the Jenkins Cavaliers in a boys and girls doubleheader.
The girls play at 6:00pm with the boys around 7:30pm.
