The LCC Volleyball Lady Cougars played 3 matches Saturday at Elkhorn City Elementary School.
They won over Phelps 2-0 and won over Pike County Central also 2-0. They lost to Shelby Valley 2-0.
LCC volleyball then took on the 14th Region defending champion Wolfe County in a special Labor Day match at home yesterday.
LCC lost a close one 3 to 1 with scores of 29-27, 21-25, 25-21 and 25-22.
Lady Cougar volleyball is now 7-3 and they will play at Belfry tonight at 7:00pm and then take on Hazard tomorrow, Wednesday, at LCC.
Jenkins Lady Cavaliers volleyball will face Knott County Central in a district game at Jenkins tonight at 6.
