It was a good day at 2A regionals for Letcher County Central Track and Field on Tuesday as several qualified for state competition:
LCC State qualifiers include:
– Brett Smith regional champion in 100 m and 400m dash and Runner-up in 200 m
– Kelsey Goins runner-up in long jump and 100 m hurdles
– Molly Caudill runner-up in 400 m dash
– Gavin Brown runner-up in 800 m
– The LCC Girls finished regional runner-up in the 4X400 and the 4X800 relays
4X400 team is Bailee Howard, Molly Caudill, Anna Hatton and Story Sheeler
4X800 team is Xoey Adams, Molly Caudill, Anna Hatton, Jaleigh Wright
All will compete in the 2A state meet next Friday May 31st.
