The LCC Volleyball team battled but lost their first game of the season last night at Prestonsburg 3-1.
The scores were 25-16, 28-26, 14-25 and 37-35.
The 5-1 volleyball Lady Cougars will next play Saturday when they play at least two games at Elkhorn City Elementary School.
They will face Phelps at 9:30am and Pike County Central at 11:00am.
LCC volleyball will play Wolfe County at home on Tuesday.
The Jenkins- June Buchanan volleyball game scheduled for last night at Jenkins was postponed and rescheduled for October 5.
The 0-1 Jenkins volleyball will play Rye Cove VA at home tonight at 6:00pm.
