The Section 8 Class 2A champions, the Letcher County Central Lady Cougars volleyball team have advanced to the Volleyball State 2A Tournament at Owensboro.
The Lady Cougars will play this Friday at 3:15pm in Owensboro against section 2 champions Warren East in the opening round of the state class 2A tournament.
The LCC volleyball team will play tonight at home in a district doubleheader against Cordia starting at 6:00pm.
