The new season of Letcher County Central boys and girls soccer got underway last night at LCC field with a doubleheader against Prestonsburg.
The Lady Cougars were shutout 8-0 and the Cougar boys lost 10-2.
LCC boys soccer will next play Thursday at Harlan County at 6:00pm.
The LCC girls will next play Monday at home in a boys and girls district doubleheader against Knott County Central.
