The Letcher County Central High School football Cougars put up 71 points against Magoffin County Friday night in Salyersville beating the Hornets 71-28.
With the district win, the Cougars improve to 5-3 overall and 2-1 in the district.
LCC will wrap up district play this Friday when they welcome the Powell County Pirates to Cougar Field.
