The Letcher County Sheriff’s Office will be closed tomorrow, Friday May 2.
Sheriff Billy Jones says they are remodeling and in order for the work crew to paint the front office, they have to move out of the way.
They will still have patrol and court security and you always call 911 or the Kentucky State Police Post in Hazard to contact the Sheriff’s Office.
He says if you need a vehicle inspection, court security can help with that for $15, cash or check.
