Letcher County Clean Up is just around the corner.
April is Spring Clean Up Month which means free use of the dump at the Letcher County Transfer Station for Letcher County residents.
The Fiscal Court says Spring Cleanup begins April 1st and ends April 30th with the Transfer Station open Monday through Saturday from 8am-2pm.
Note, though, that it will be closed on the 18th and 19th for Easter Weekend.
While there is pretty much no cost, there are a few restrictions which are large amounts of building materials and also tires; those have costs attached.
