If you need help with utility bills it is time to apply for the LIHEAP Spring Subsidy. LKLP
Community Action Council is accepting applications for the program until May 30.
It is available to households with income up to and including 150% of the Federal Poverty
Guidelines.
And they say if you got help previously from LIHEAP it does not affect your eligibility.
