He is survived by 1 brother: Richard Blair of Jeremiah; 1 sister: Frances Blair of Jeremiah; aunt: Margaret Whitaker of Jackson and adopted uncle: Jeff Hutchinson of Georgia.
Funeral services for William Douglas Blair will be held at 11:00am this morning, Friday, April 3, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Roy Slone officiating.
Burial will follow in the Blair Family Cemetery at Jeremiah.
The Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg is in charge of the arrangements.

Virginia Madge Lewis Jenkins, age 96, of Partridge, passed away Monday, March 30, 2026, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard.
She is survived by her children: Linda Blair of Partridge; Brenda Polsgrove of Versailles; Renee Smith of Somerset and Lisa Layne of Partridge; seven grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be after 11:00am this morning, Friday, April 3, 2026, at the Blair Chapel Church.
Funeral services for Virginia Madge Lewis Jenkins will follow at 1:00pm this afternoon Friday at the Blair Chapel Church with Rod Raleigh and Bill Maggard officiating.
Burial will follow at the Jenkins Family Cemetery at Partridge.
The Tri City Funeral Home of Benham is in charge of the arrangements.
