Linda Kaye Bartley, age 78 of Ashcamp, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at the Pikeville Medical Center.
She is survived by 1 daughter: Sherry Rose of Ashcamp; 4 brothers: Tommy Elswick of Payne Gap, Danny Elswick of Tennessee, Eddie Elswick of Payne Gap and Freddie Craft of Payne Gap; 1 grandchild: Sierra Rose and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm this evening, Friday, and all day Saturday at the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church.
Funeral services for Linda Kaye Bartley will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, July 26, 2026 at the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church with Bill Craft officiating.
Burial will follow in the Bartley Family Cemetery at Ashcamp.

He is survived by his wife: Brenda Bowling; bonus daughters Tracy Rutherford and Tonia Henry, 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; one sister: Joanne Dinsmore; nephews: Scott Dinsmore and Nathan Dinsmore; sisters-in-law: Wonda Lawson and Melissa Byrne; brothers-in-law Junior Halcomb and Larry Halcomb; niece Tammy Orick and an Aunt: Evalee Bowling.
A celebration of life for Richard Randall Bowling will be held from 1:00-3:00pm on Saturday July 25, 2026, at the chapel of the Tri-City Funeral Home at Benham with funeral services beginning at 3:00pm Saturday with Glenn Cornett and Rod Raleigh officiating.
