Shirley Ann Day, age 84, of Whitco, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at her residence.
She is survived 1 son: Charles Elbert Day of Whitco; 2 daughters: Alicia Gail Cook of Colcon and Laura Anna Whitaker of Jenkins; 1 brother, David Hugh Standifer of Cumberland; 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm this evening, Friday June 7, 2024 at the Everidge Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesburg.
Funeral services for Shirley Ann Day will be held at 1:00pm Saturday June 8, 2024 at the Everidge Funeral Home Chapel with Lester Boggs officiating.
Burial will follow in the Elbert Day Cemetery at Cowan.

Wanda L. Crown, age 75, of Isom passed away Monday, June 3, 1948 at her residence.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Toshia Fields of Linefork and Tammy Hall of Isom; 1 brother: Terry Taylor of Isom; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren along with best lifelong friend Judy Collins.
Funeral services for Wanda Crown will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Friday, June 7, 2024 at the Letcher Funeral Home chapel.
Burial will follow in the Herb Maggard Cemetery.
