Bessie Raye Tilley Tibbs, 87 of Neon, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at the Letcher Manor Nursing Home.
She is survived by her husband: Howard Tibbs; 4 sons: Donnie Ray Quillen of Middletown, Ohio, Billy Joe Quillen of Neon, Josh Tibbs of South Carolina and Abraham Tibbs of Hamilton, Ohio; 3 brothers: George Tilley, Sam Tilley and Eddie Tillie; 2 sisters: Judy Miller and Frances Champion; 1 grandchild: Savannah McGraw; 1 great grandchild: Eli Rittenhouse; nieces: Flo Stamper, Josephine Adams and Ernestine Tilley.
Visitation will from 1:00-6:00pm today Monday, December 1, 2025 at the Neon First Church of God.
Funeral services for Bessie Raye Tilley Tibbs will be held at 4:00pm this afternoon, Monday, December 1, 2025 at the Neon First Church of God with Mark Wagoner officiating.
Burial will be at the Woodside Cemetery in Middletown, Ohio.
The Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife: Melissa Parks; one son: Braden Alexavier Parks; one brother: Brent Brandon Parks; one sister: Sabrena Renee Parks; and nieces: Kyla Paige Breeding and Breanna Jade Parks.

Brian Michael Johnson, age 43, of Cumberland, passed away on Saturday November 22, 2025 at his residence.
He is survived by his wife: Karrie Fields Johnson; two sons: Hunter Johnson and John Johnson both of Cumberland; his father: Dellis Johnson of Jenkins; three brothers: Derrick Collins of Neon, Harley Johnson of Jenkins and Jimmy Brown of Whitesburg and his sister: Jenny Johnson of Whitco.
