He is survived by his mother: Donna Sue Blair of Cowan; 1 sister: Christie Blair of Burdine; 1 uncle: Rick Blair of Ermine; nieces: Lydia Mullins and Layne Mullins and nephew: Levi Mullins.
Funeral services for Thomas Lee Blair will be held at 12:00 Noon Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Craft and Orville Sloan officiating.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm this evening, Monday, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow at the Blair Cemetery at Ermine.
The Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg is in charge of the arrangements.

Marty Watts, age 67, of Hallie, passed away on Saturday July 12, 2025 at the Pikeville Medical Center.
He is survived by one daughter: Melinda Cook of Whitesburg; three sisters: Kaye Parker of Burton Hill, Naomi Sturgill of Whitesburg and Viola Watts of Hallie; one brother: Robert Watts of Hallie; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6:00-9:00pm this evening, Monday July 14, 2025 at the Everidge Funeral Home chapel in Whitesburg.
Funeral services for Marty Watts will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at the Cedar Grove Old Regular Baptist Church at Hallie with Danny Dixon and others officiating.

Linda Mae Ball, age 75, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at the Greg and Noreen-Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard.
She is survived by her daughter: Tracy Smith of Letcher; three grandchildren; one brother: John Fields of Lexington; four sisters: Clarice Holland of Lexington, Mary Alice Bailey of Lexington, Polly Ballard of Lexington and Connie Boggs of Letcher.
Visitation will be at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at the King’s Chapel Church at Whitco.
Funeral services for Linda Mae Ball will follow at 1:00pm Tuesday at the King’s Chapel Church at Whitco.
