Earl Mullins, age 88, of Dorton passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024, at the Pikeville Medical Center.
Funeral services for Earl Mullins will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Monday, May 6, 2024 at the Hall & Jones Funeral Home at Virgie with Burnin White officiating.
Burial will follow in the Sowards Cemetery at Lick Fork.

Roy Darrell McFall
Roy Darrell McFall, age 62, of Jenkins, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at his residence.
He is survived by one daughter: Chloe Kiser; one brother: Johnny Little; two sisters: Mary Ann McFall and Melody Adams; one nephew: Cody Huff, and two special friends: Sherry Tucker and Glenda Banks.
Funeral services for Roy Darrell McFall will be held at 1:00pm tomorrow, Tuesday, May 7th, at the New Freedom Worship Center with Danny Quillen officiating.
Visitation will begin this evening, Monday, after 6:00pm at the New Freedom Worship Center Church with a service beginning at 7:00pm.
Burial will follow in the Whitaker Cemetery.

David “Bunt” Cornett
David “Bunt” Cornett, age 80, of Cumberland, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2024, at the Holston Valley Hospital in Kingsport, TN.
He is survived by his siblings: Mildred Rowland of Middlesboro; Darrell “Sonny” Cornett of Hiram; Doyle Pete Cornett of Baxter; Marilyn Gaines of Louisville; Donnie Cornett of Coldiron and Delmas Cornett of Hiram.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 7, 2024, from 5:00-8:00pm at the Tri City Funeral Home at Benham.
Funeral services for David “Bunt” Cornett will be held at 3:00pm on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at the Tri City Funeral Home at Benham.
Burial will follow at the Sandhill Cemetery.
