She is survived by:

Children – Curtis Collins and Clifford Collins
6 Grandchildren
and 4 Brothers and Sisters – Patty Perry, Ruby Slone, Ed Ritchie and Raymond Ritchie
Funeral services for Teresa Len Ritchie Collins will be held at 2:00pm this afternoon, Monday, October 14, 2024 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Tim Mullins and Roy Slone officiating.
Burial will follow at Gene Collins Cemetery at Isom.
The Hindman Funeral Services of Hindman is in charge of the arrangements.

She is survived by one daughter: Lisa Collins of Jenkins; one grandson: Tyler Collins of Jenkins and one sister: Marlene Adams of Crafts Colley.
