She is survived by 3 children: Tammy Renee Guthrie of Columbus, Georgia, Melissa Dawn Mullins of Pound, Virginia and Cletes Boyd Starnes II of Lexington; 1 brother: Barney Bradley of Kingsport, Tennessee; 3 sisters: Phyllis Edmonton of Knoxville, Tennessee, Jean White of Rogersville, Tennessee and Fran Hughes of Rockford, Illinois; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Private Services for Shirley Paulette Caudill will be held at a later date.
