Dwight David Kincer, age 72, of Mayking, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2025 at the Pikeville Medical Center.
He is survived by 2 daughters: Melissa Kincer of Mayking and Lana Kincer of Mayking; girlfriend: Catherine Pugh of Millstone; mother of his children: Creta Kincer of Mayking; 2 brothers: Steve Kincer of Mayking and Randall Kincer of Neon; 6 sisters: Joy Adams of Mayking, Carolyn Short of Mayking, Margaret Fischer of Whitesburg, Kim Miles of Mayking, Shelia Kincer of Carlisle and Ladonna Kincer of Lewisburg, North Carolina; 4 grandchildren: Landon Kincer, Chase Kincer, Mariah Sturgill and Taylor Fields; 1 great grandchild: Paisley Sturgill.
Funeral services for Dwight David Kincer will be held at 1:00pm Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Mullins officiating.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm Monday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Craft Cemetery at Mayking.

Gwendolyn Blair Fields, age 89, of Jeremiah, passed away on February 8 at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville.
She is survived by 1 daughter: Cheryl Sizemore of Shepherdsville; 1 son: Todd Fields of Jeremiah; 1 sister: Jackie Gentry of Florida; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1:00pm to 3:00pm this afternoon, Sunday, February 23, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home with a memorial service for Gwendolyn Blair Fields to follow from 3:00pm to 4:30pm this afternoon, Sunday, at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in the family cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the requests donations be made to the Highway 7 Community Outreach in her memory.

She is survived by 3 daughters: Robin Davis of Viper, Ellena āEā Wright of Jenkins and Missy Johnson of Wise, VA; 1 son: Bobby Adams of West Liberty; son-in-law, Daniel Davis of Fort Myers, Florida; five grandchildren: Emily Davis, Bradley Davis, Aaron Adams, Cameron Adams, and Chloe Wright; one great-grandchild: Eden Elizabeth Davis; two brothers, Jack Wright and Jay Wright both of Jackhorn; and one sister, Julia Ryan of Banner.
Funeral services for Rose Ellen Adams will be held at 2:00pm this afternoon, Sunday, February 23, 2025, at the Hall & Jones Funeral Home, Jenkins Chapel.
Burial will follow at Haven of Rest Cemetery at Mayking.

She is survived by three sons, Johnny Paul, II Lewis of Harlan, Jerry Lewis, Jeff Lewis all of Cumberland, 4 stepsons: Thomas Holden of Evarts, Devin Simmons of Cumberland, Robert Lewis and Gary Shepherd both of Harlan along with twenty-two grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service for Pamela Eileen Holden will be held at 4:00pm on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at the Cumberland Valley Funeral Home in Cumberland.

Entombment will be on Monday, February 24, at 11am at Powell Valley Memorial Gardens in Big Stone Gap, Virginia.
