He is survived by his mother: Donna Sue Blair of Cowan; 1 sister: Christie Blair of Burdine; 1 uncle: Rick Blair of Ermine; nieces: Lydia Mullins and Layne Mullins and nephew: Levi Mullins.
Funeral services for Thomas Lee Blair will be held at 12:00 Noon Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Craft and Orville Sloan officiating.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm Monday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow at the Blair Cemetery at Ermine.

He is survived by his wife: Kathy Parker; 2 children: Owen Parker and Keela Ratliff along with 4 granddaughters.
Funeral services for Roy Parker will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Sunday, July 13, 2025 at the Camp Branch Pentecostal Church with Ray Begley, Steven Ratliff and Alex Anderson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Begley Family Cemetery at Camp Branch.

Alberta Hatton Barker, age 93, of Whitco, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at the Whitesburg ARH.
She is survived by two daughters: Sherry Diana Sturgill and Missy Caudill; three grandchildren: Matt Sturgill, Levi Caudill, and Laken Caudill and one great grandson.
A Celebration of Life for Alberta Barker will be held at a future date.
