Sandy Brown, age 59, of Little Colley, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2025 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington.
She is survived by her husband: James Pelfrey; 1 son: Logan Pelfrey; 2 brothers: Donald R. Brown of Sandlick and Jerry Brown; 2 sisters: Genola Brown of Little Colley and Shelia “Trudy” Breeding of Premium; nieces: Wendy Smith, Amanda Brown and Casey Franklin; 3 special nephews: Andy Brown, Jaden Brown, Memphis Brown and nephew: Hudson; 2 great nieces: Bristol and Bailee.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm this evening, Tuesday, December 23. 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services for Sandy Brown will he held at 11:00am Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Brown Family Cemetery at Sandlick.

Graveside services for Jackaline “Jackie” Cornett will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, December 26, 2025, at the Sparkman Family Cemetery at Gordon.
