Lettie Faye Slone Hall, age 81, of Winchester, formerly of Whitesburg, passed away on Friday July 12, 2024.
She is survived by 1 son: Jeff Hall; 1 brother: Wilson “Jay” Slone; 1 sister: Della “Dixie” Watkins, grandchildren Larry Brock Jr, Brandon Brock, Brittany Brock, Samantha Hall and Matthew Hall along with 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm this evening, Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at the Hemphill Baptist Church.
Funeral services for Lettie Faye Slone Hall will be held at 11:00am tomorrow, Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at the Hemphill Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in the Beaverdam Cemetery at Colson.
The family requests that donations be made in lieu of flowers to Alzheimer’s research in her memory.

Maxie P. Webb, age 94, of Jenkins, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2024, at her residence.
She is survived by one son: Keith Webb of Jenkins; three daughters: Trillis Sparks of Jenkins, Crystal Webb of Jenkins and Amber May Myers of Odessa, Missouri; one sister: Nan Scarlett of Cookeville, TN, nine grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

Adam Shane “Slim” Slone, age 37, of Leburn, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at his residence.
He is survived by 3 children: Adriana Lexus Slone, Benjamin Tate Slone and Kailor Grey Slone; 3 Sisters – Melissa Williams, Rachel Moore and Chanda Jenny; 2 Brothers: Emmitt Adams and Nathan Day; several nieces and nephews and his Mother: Pamela Grace Slone.

Friday July 19, 2024 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Mark Combs officiating.
Visitation will be held at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel Wednesday evening from 4:00-10:00pm with a Masonic Service at 7:00pm and Thursday evening from 4:00-10:00pm with A Celebration of Life Service at 7:00pm.

He is survived by his mother: Johnny Jean Deal Rice; his wife: Carol, 1 daughter: Amber Holland; 1 step-son: Greg Addington; 2 step-daughters: Carolyn Sturgill and Diane Addington; 2 brothers: Rick Rice and Auburn Rice; 1 sister: Ruby Hall; 6 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren.
Celebration of Life Services will be held today, Tuesday, July 16th, 2024, beginning at 12 noon with services this afternoon at 2:00pm with Billy Lewis officiating all at the Cumberland Valley Funeral Home in Cumberland.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made directly to the funeral home to help with funeral expense.

Barbara Mae Blevins, age 85, of Myra passed away Saturday, July 13,2024, at her residence.
She is survived by two sons: Shawn Blevins of Lexington and Shane Blevins of Dorton; two daughters: Misti Stewart of Shelby Gap and Tuana Bentley of Dorton, three grandchildren that she raised; Emily Blevins, Harleigh Blevins and Paislee Blevins, 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
