Cynthia Mullins Whitehead, age 82, of Redstar, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024 at the Letcher Manor Nursing Home in Whitesburg.
She is survived by 3 daughters: Teresa Blair, Kaye Back and Anita Whitehead; 1 brother: Donald Townsley of Winchester, Tennessee; 1 grandson and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Cynthia Mullins Whitehead will be held at 1:00pm tomorrow, Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Danny Dixon, Phillip Smith and Loran Sturgill officiating.
Visitation will be from 11:00am Wednesday until the time of services at 1:00pm at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Whitehead Cemetery at Redstar.

She is survived by her boyfriend: Marty Watts; stepfather: Herbert Halcomb; 2 sons: David Andrew Fields and Cody Dwight Fields both of Whitesburg; 1 brother: Loran Sturgill of Sandlick; 1 sister: Tracey Johnson of Big Stone Gap, Virginia and 6 nieces.
A Memorial Service for Twona Gail Fields will be held at 6:00pm Thursday, June 20, 2024 at the Forgiven Ministries on East Main Street in Whitesburg with Aaron Profitt and Loran Sturgill officiating.

A graveside service for Betsy Lee Bailey will be held at 10:00am this morning, Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at the Babe Isom Cemetery at Isom.
Burial will follow in the Babe Isom Cemetery.
